Fresh Tracks was set up by Steve and Becky, who run it every year with Ben and Anna. The four of us are all long-term chalet hosts, and we really enjoy having the opportunity to bring all our experience, knowledge and skills together, to help others to get involved in the lifestyle that we love!
Between us, we have worked as chalet host couples, chalet hosted with flexi hosts, flexi-hosted, single chalet hosted, and all been guests in chalets! There's no-one better placed to be course tutors, here at Fresh Tracks.

Ever since our first working season in 2009, we fell in love with chalet hosting and decided to make it our full-time career. We feel really privileged to have discovered the seasonal lifestyle and we wanted to bring all our experiences, knowledge, and skills together to help others to excel at chalet hosting, and so we started Fresh Tracks in 2017.
Over the years we've had a range of experience, from working in commercial kitchens to smaller homely chalets, from catering in luxury villas to private parties in customers’ own homes, as well as supporting companies with staff recruitment and retention.
Prior to Fresh Tracks, we took the first steps to becoming self-employed, and launched our own mobile wood-fired pizza business in 2015. Based in Cornwall for the summers, we established a daily rotation at campsites and local villages, cooking up to 200 pizzas a night.
We relish the unique challenges of seasonal work and appreciate the opportunity to meet many different people. Our passion for producing great meals, and satisfaction from hosting our guests with a quiet professionalism, continues with Fresh Tracks.

Ben & Anna
Ben and Anna met on a winter season in Val d'Isere in 2015, and have found that hosting ski chalets has been the ideal means to combine their two great passions: skiing and cooking. Between them they have worked over 11 seasons across Switzerland, France and Italy, in numerous roles.
For those of you looking to apply to work as single chalet hosts, or as a couple, Ben and Anna have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share, having both run chalets independently and, in Anna's case, as a Resort Chalet Host.
