Make A booking

So you’re ready to book and join us on one of our courses here at Fresh Tracks. That’s great, let’s get you booked on…

Booking your place...

First things first, make sure you know whether you are wanting to come along to one of our fabulous Chalet Host courses or if you are joining us for one of our awesome Life Skills courses and then check out the dates and availability, we have below.

To book your place:-

• Use the filter to select the course or month you would like to book.

• click on the date that you would like to come.

• Select your rooming preference.

• Select either “Pay in Full” or “Pay with Deposit”. Please note that if you select “Pay with Deposit” a £300 non refundable deposit with be taken from the payment card. The remaining balance will automatically be taken in two equal instalments 12 weeks and 8 weeks before the course start date from the card used to make the booking. Please ensure you have sufficient funds available to make these payments and read our terms and conditions for full details.

• click the "Book Now" button and follow the instructions,

• fill in the form with your details,

• complete the secure payment page.

Congratulations you’re booked on!

Keep an eye out as you will now receive a confirmation email from us (check your junk folder) which will summerise your booking. We will then be in touch closer to your arrival date to let you know any other information you need.
